Our talented Danzas por Nicaragua, alongside a coalition of Nicaraguan artists, will bring life to El Güegüense, a satire that dates back to the colonial-era in meso America representing the resistence to the Spanish crown. It is the most distinctive theatrical performance from Nicaragua that combines folkloric music, dance, and theater. Danzas por Nicaragua and our invited guests will pay tribute to our culture and resistencia throughout the night.
