Sunday Streets returns to the sunny Mission district for a second round of car-free streets- from Duboce Ave to 26th St, Valencia Street transforms into to an open community space for all to enjoy.
Join the international open streets movement to reclaim open space for public use! New this year, the annual Livability Awards Brunch and Summit benefiting Sunday Streets/Livable City will take place at the Chapel on Valencia in conjunction with the popular event, and offer a VIP brunch and awards, as well as panel discussions open to the public.
Check out two Activity Hubs at 24th and 16th Streets and over a mile of open space for recreation and social connection. Plus, enjoy live music, an outdoor lounge, interactive art projects, free scooter and bike rentals and plenty of live music and dance.
