Neighborhoods host big block parties featuring cookouts, visits from local police and the sheriff, flashlight walks, contests and more, all with the intention of strengthening neighborhood spirit and sending the message that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
The San Francisco Police Department, in conjunction with the Safety Network Program, will again sponsor the annual National Night Out Against Crime events on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. District police stations will be participating.
